Our Approach

Kickoff

We start by hosting a Project Kickoff Meeting, in which we talk to you, ask lots of questions about timeframes, suitable technologies, team members, budgets, and we listen – every learning need is different, so every learning project is different.

We explain the steps of the project, how we' will communite, and how your team will be involved in tuning the learning content until it’s the way you want it.

Requirements

Analysing your learning needs, and assessing your interest in rapid development, we create a Project Requirements Document, which you can modify until it meets your needs.

We then create a general design document to show you a bird’s eye view of how the learning content might look to your learners, both visually and interactively.

Prototype Design

We find the best way to test a design is to design a small, representative portion of the course, which we call a prototype.

It is fully written, visually complete, with all interactivity intact. You and your team can experience it as one of your learners would, and we modify it until it’s right.

Detailed Design

After tuning the learning content from your reaction to the prototype, we craft a comprehensive “script” for the course, outlining learner interactions and visual elements.

Your team collaborates with us to refine and perfect it, ensuring it aligns with your vision and goals.

Build and Deliver

Only when all of the pieces are right, we build, iterate, and fully test the rest of the learning course, until it’s working as planned.

At a scheduled date, we deliver the course to you, and ensure that it works in your environment.

Support

We provide ongoing support during your course rollout and conduct a follow-up review to assess successes and identify areas for improvement.

We offer a Quality Service Commitment to all of our clients.
