Qantas: Premium Service - Qantas Business Class
Qantas engaged Mickey’s team to create a high-quality training program for its flight attendants learning the new level of service required in its Business Class offering. This involved a rather interesting photo and video shoot in the cabin of the Qantas trainer aircraft!
ANZ: Money-Minded
ANZ Bank was launching its new “Money-Minded” product to its customers, and needed to ensure its staff knew how and in what situations it made sense to recommend the product. In the highly regulated financial industry, it is essential that all staff know how to recommend a product appropriately and be able to answer common questions accurately.
