Fosters engaged Mickey’s design team to create an easy-to-use guide to train their new managers in essential management skills.

The program is highly interactive, from a “What would you do?” in various common management scenarios, to the most popular section, “Mythbusters.”

Cisco Systems: Decision Model

Cisco Systems needed to enhance the ability of its managers and staff to make better decisions on the job, and to provide better, more reasoned advice to their colleagues.

Queensland Rail: Performance Management

Queensland Rail wanted a way to train its managers in their unique performance management process, with an emphasis in both correcting poor performance in a timely manner, to the (just as important) reward and recognition of its better performers.
