Orientation, Onboarding and Induction Training
Teaching new starters (employees and contractors) about their new company - for these programs, we often use audio interviews for executives, or even random employees, to give a flavour of the workplace a new candidate is about to enter.

KPMG engaged us to create a professional and fast-paced induction for its staff, using the metaphor of a journey the learner could organise, and an introduction to its innovative “KWorld” employee program.
Hanson: Induction Program
Hanson needed a consistent way to induct its employees, as well as the high number of contractors, who visit its sites – as these learners were not always digitally literate, the program had to be extremely simple to use and engaging.
